One of the Ronin 2's known weak points is the carbon fiber chassis over the pan motor.
That's why we designed the Ronin 2 Safety Lock, which allows the roll axes to be secured to the pan axis with a steel cable in case the Ronin 2's carbon fiber frame fails.
The two steel cables don't hinder pan and tilt movements, but they don't allow the full roll travel to be used.
