1.3 HOW DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM YOU? We get sensitive information about you when you register voluntarily using our website or by retention by our customer management team for example, when you contact us for information on products and services, to purchase equipment or to book repair / assistance, rental, to create or modify "kits" or to register for an event organized by us or to register for our newsletter.
1.4 WHAT KIND OF INFORMATION ARE COLLECTED ON YOU? 1.9 HOW WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION AGAINST LOSS, IMPROPER USE OR UNAUTHORIZED ALTERATION When you provide us with personal information, we take steps to ensure that it is securely processed with an access password. We do not store any details of the credit or debit card (unless explicitly requested by you) and we do everything we can to protect all other sensitive data (including cryptography on the data we have at our office and with 128 bit encryption on SSL TLS 1.0 on our site). As evidence of this when you are on any part of our site a padlock icon will appear in the address bar of web browsers such as Microsoft Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Apple Safari or Mozilla Firefox to name a few as examples. Non-sensitive details (your e-mail address, etc.) are transmitted in clear text over the Internet and this can never be guaranteed 100% secure. Consequently, while we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of the information you transmit to us and you do it at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we do our best to ensure its security on our systems. Where we have given (or where you have chosen) a password that allows you to access certain parts of our websites, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone. The data is copied internally for backup purposes. Backups are deleted periodically.

As an example, this can happen if you purchase goods for delivery outside the EU and the chosen transport company is located outside the EU. 1.15 ANALYTICAL SITE REGISTRATION Our website can also use a session registration service. Adcom collaborates with Google, which has developed products capable of recording mouse clicks, mouse movements, page scrolling and any text typed in website modules. The information collected does not include bank details or sensitive personal data that make you recognizable. Session data made anonymous during these visits can be used for aggregate and statistical reports from Google. 1.16 REVISION OF THE STANDARDS We maintain this policy under regular review.
