1.3 HOW DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM YOU?
We get sensitive information about you when you register voluntarily using our website or by retention by our customer management team for example, when you contact us for information on products and services, to purchase equipment or to book repair / assistance, rental, to create or modify "kits" or to register for an event organized by us or to register for our newsletter.
1.4 WHAT KIND OF INFORMATION ARE COLLECTED ON YOU?
The personal information we collect may include your name, address, email address, IP address and information on which pages have been read and when. If you purchase or rent a product from us both online and at our site, your card details are not stored by us, they are collected by our third-party payment processors, specialized in the acquisition and online processing encrypted by protocol SSL of credit / debit card transactions, as explained below.

1.9 HOW WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION AGAINST LOSS, IMPROPER USE OR UNAUTHORIZED ALTERATION

We do not store any details of the credit or debit card (unless explicitly requested by you) and we do everything we can to protect all other sensitive data (including cryptography on the data we have at our office and with 128 bit encryption on SSL TLS 1.0 on our site).
As evidence of this when you are on any part of our site a padlock icon will appear in the address bar of web browsers such as Microsoft Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Apple Safari or Mozilla Firefox to name a few as examples.

The data is copied internally for backup purposes. Backups are deleted periodically.

1.15 ANALYTICAL SITE REGISTRATION
Our website can also use a session registration service. Adcom collaborates with Google, which has developed products capable of recording mouse clicks, mouse movements, page scrolling and any text typed in website modules. The information collected does not include bank details or sensitive personal data that make you recognizable. Session data made anonymous during these visits can be used for aggregate and statistical reports from Google.
