Founded in Bologna in 1992 by Enrico Dal Brollo, Stefano Mariani and Marcello Guidelli who wished to combine the commercial and technical skills they had gained in professional audio and video equipment. By 2007 Adcom's yearly turnover had grown to over 10 million Euros, with the workforce increasing to 18 internal employers plus other external specialists and television engineers. The activity is initially focused on the supply of video and audiovisual production equipment in the local area, but at the beginning of the 2000s it expanded to the entire country thanks to the choice of embracing the e-commerce activity via web .
