Eizo 24" CS2400R Graphic Monitor, 1920 x 1200, IPS, sRGB (100%) - Black
The CS2400R is the entry-level model of the ColorEdge line with excellent visual quality, connectivity and 100% coverage of the sRGB/Rec709 standard.
Thanks to the native resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels, the high contrast ratio of 1000:1 and the maximum brightness of 300 cd/m2, the monitor offers superior visual quality and extremely realistic sharpness: graphic elements and photos are displayed with absolute precision, the contours are distinct and accurate.
The panel with IPS technology offers a wide viewing angle of 178° and optimal visibility.
16-bit LUT and 10-bit mode for seamless gradations and shades
The color table (Look-Up-Table) of the CS2400R model handles a color depth of 16 bits and is capable of displaying billions of colors.
This greatly increases the number of colors available and at the same time prevents any posterization or banding effects, alterations and loss of information in unreproducible dark tones (clipping) or in highly saturated areas.
Out of the box use
ColorEdge monitors are ready to use immediately after startup.
Each ColorEdge CS2400R monitor is carefully preset at the factory and the red, green and blue tone curves are meticulously adjusted and adapted.
This exclusive EIZO calibration allows the user to use the monitor's preconfigured color spaces immediately after unpacking.
And thanks to the excellent factory setting, periodic calibrations are extremely quick.
Digital Uniformity Equalizer
Pixel by pixel, the Digital Uniformity Equalizer (DUE) function manages the monitor's tonal values across the entire viewing area, ensuring identical chromaticity across the entire screen, without oscillations.
In this way, the monitor guarantees uniform and homogeneous light density and maximum chromatic purity.
Calibration report
Each ColorEdge CS2400R monitor is supplied with a calibration report that shows the results of the factory calibration and certifies the monitor's homogeneity, gamma curve, color space coverage and white point.
Hardware calibration without compromise
To ensure consistent and stable reproduction over time, it is absolutely essential to repeat the calibration at regular intervals.
ColorEdge monitors use hardware calibration for this purpose.
Unlike software calibration, which uses the graphics card's LUT and is less precise, hardware calibration not only creates a correction profile for the graphics card, but also makes changes directly to the internal parameters of the monitor's LUT (Look-Up-Table).
EIZO software for calibration in the shortest time
Optimal calibration can only be achieved with a well-calibrated monitor.
Calibration via software is very laborious and requires in-depth knowledge of color management.
The ColorNavigator 7 calibration software allows even the least experienced user to calibrate in 90 seconds (measured with a MacBook Pro and the EIZO EX4 probe).
And because calibration is performed via the monitor's hardware, the image will still have the same color accuracy even after 5 years.
The free Quick Color Match software is a complete solution for the amateur user who wants accurate colors and a simple color management process.
With the guided setup, you can drag and drop the desired monitor, software and printer settings and achieve a quick result between monitor and printer viewing.
EIZO microprocessor
The CS2400R model is equipped with a specific ASIC (Application-Specific Integrated Circuit) that has been specifically designed and prepared by EIZO for digital color workflows.
This circuit is the "brain" of every ColorEdge monitor, providing consistency, uniformity and stability of vision and ensuring the quality excellence that distinguishes EIZO products.
USB-C port for maximum versatility
With a single USB-C cable, you can display images, transmit data and charge connected devices.
In a space-saving and practical way, the ColorEdge CS2400R monitor transforms into a docking station and enhances connectivity.
Peripherals such as a mouse, keyboard or printer are connected directly to the USB-A ports.
Laptops and tablets can also be charged via the USB-C cable at up to 70 W.
