Eizo 24" ColorEdge Monitor (1920 x 1200), IPS (Wide Gamut), 1800:1, 400 cd/m2
Excellent Visual Quality
Thanks to its native resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels, high contrast ratio of 1800:1, and maximum brightness of 400 cd/m2, the monitor offers superior visual quality and extremely realistic sharpness: graphics and photos are displayed with absolute precision, with sharp and accurate contours.
The IPS (Wide Gamut) panel offers a wide 178° viewing angle and optimal visibility.
Wide Gamut
To fully utilize the color spectrum of digital cameras, the monitor should, if possible, feature a very wide color gamut.
A limited color gamut can otherwise compromise the accurate display of saturated hues on the monitor.
The CG2400SV model with an IPS panel is capable of covering the entire Adobe RGB color space and almost the entire CMYK ISO-Coated V2 printing space (99%), preserving the rich hues offered by modern cameras without loss of color information and simulating the print result through a monitor (soft proof).
The CG2400SV covers 98% of the DCI-P3 color space used in the film industry and also supports the Rec. 2020 standard.
True Black
The CG2400SV's innovative True Black technology maintains high-contrast dark tones even in dark environments, delivering extremely saturated and intense colors.
The CG series is specially equipped with a so-called Retardation Film that allows for maximum black level viewing even from extremely angles, without loss of quality.
16-bit LUT and 10-bit mode
The table The CG2400SV's 3D color (Look-Up-Table) supports 16-bit color depth and is capable of displaying billions of colors.
This greatly increases the number of colors available while simultaneously preventing posterization or banding effects, clipping, and loss of information in unreproducible dark tones or in highly saturated areas.
Integrated sensor for self-calibration
The integrated sensor ensures the highest possible color accuracy.
Perfectly matched to the monitor, it accurately detects environmental influences, such as lighting, correlating the parameters in the center and sides with those of the entire display area, achieving uniform and consistent color reproduction across the entire screen.
The calibration probe is integrated into the cabinet frame and is only positioned on the screen during calibration.
This helps reduce laborious setup processes.
The ColorNavigator software or the OnScreen menu allow you to define the calibration range. Calibrate your monitor according to your needs.
The process is automatic, without user intervention.
This way, you can activate calibration whenever you want, even at night, without having to connect your PC.
Digital Uniformity Equalizer
Pixel by pixel, the Digital Uniformity Equalizer (DUE) function manages the monitor's tonal values across the entire viewing area, ensuring identical color accuracy across the entire screen without any fluctuations.
This ensures uniform and consistent light density and maximum color purity.
Stable Display
To ensure that color rendering, brightness, and other characteristics remain accurate and stable even when the ambient temperature changes, the ColorEdge CG2400SV monitor is equipped with a sensor that precisely detects the temperature inside the monitor.
An AI-assisted correction algorithm* recognizes temperature changes and adjusts the color temperature accordingly in real time.
* Patented Recorded
Fast Color Stability
A conventional monitor requires about 30 minutes to stabilize brightness, chromaticity, and tonal values.
The ColorEdge CG2400SV takes just three minutes to stabilize its performance.
This ensures users can be confident of stable parameters immediately after turning the monitor on.
HDR Gamma
The ColorEdge CG2400SV supports two gamma curves for HDR video content: HLG (Hybrid Log-Gamma) and PQ (Perceptual Quantization).
Up to a maximum brightness of 400 cd/m2, the CG2400SV ensures a reliable impression of processed HDR material. Therefore, an HDR reference monitor, such as the ColorEdge CG1, is only necessary at the final stage of production.
