Video and audio playback, fast data transfer and powering of connected devices can be done with a single USB-C cable.
Useful and practical: 70 W charging takes place via the USB-C connection and makes the use of an additional power supply unnecessary - an excellent solution for those with limited space available on the desk.

One monitor, many inputs
Nothing could be simpler: you can connect most devices such as PCs, laptops, mice, keyboards or headphones directly to the monitor.
The EV2720S model has various signal and connection interfaces that reduce clutter on the desk and allow you to work in a more tidy.

Thanks to the elegant, essential design and numerous ergonomic features, the display adapts to any environment, whether at home or in the office.

High-end IPS panel technology
The monitor boasts a winning triple combination: high resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels, maximum contrast ratio of 1500:1 and stable brightness of up to 350 cd/m².
That means: the contours are clear, the graphics brilliant, the images detailed and sharp.
Thanks to the IPS panel technology with LED backlighting, chromaticity and brightness remain stable from every perspective.

High resolution for efficient multitasking
With its 27-inch WQHD resolution (2560 x 1440), the EV2720S offers 1.8 times more space than conventional Full HD monitors (1920 x 1080).
This means that several windows can be easily fitted onto the screen, which increases efficiency and eliminates frequent switching and scrolling.

Precise color management
A picture is only perfect if the colors are perfect too.
EIZO monitors have a look-up table (LUT) of at least 10 bits.
This allows color information to be assigned more precisely and accurately than with a monitor with an 8-bit look-up table.
The transitions are extremely fine and the available color range is much larger.
In addition, you can also make a custom setting, for example, of the white point from 4000 to 10,000 Kelvin (K) in 500 K steps, without any loss of quality.

Overdrive rapid image transitions
The Overdrive function accelerates the response time so that gray-to-gray transitions occur on average in 5 ms.
Films will be smoother and without ghosting. Scrolling texts or positioning windows also happens without delays.

Easy to see with Auto EcoView
Day or night, in the dark or in the light, the Auto EcoView function makes no difference when you work, because it constantly detects the surrounding light conditions and adapts the screen brightness fully automatically.
The result is an optimal view, without reflections and glare that tire the eyes. Another advantage: the automatic brightness adjustment can significantly reduce energy consumption.
Of course, you can also set your monitor manually.
The EcoView function provides you with a handy diagram that shows the degree of eco-friendliness of the currently set parameters.

Flicker-free
To reduce eye fatigue, EIZO has developed a hybrid technology to control the monitor's backlight that combines the advantages of PWM (pulse width modulation) technology with those of DC (direct current) control.
PWM control uses much higher frequencies than standard PWM methods.
The result: consistently sharp, high-quality images and maximum color stability.
The advantage: perfect viewing without flickering and glare.
Thanks to DC control, it is also possible to reduce the brightness level to 1% in dark rooms.
EIZO FlexScan monitors are certified by TÜV Rheinland for low blue light emissions.

Anti-glare coating: more clarity and less glare
The EV2720S's anti-glare coating minimizes annoying glare and reflections, delivering razor-sharp content - without hunched shoulders, tense necks and stiff arms in front of the monitor - for comfortable and efficient work.
