The LUMIX S1II is carefully designed to meet the needs of professional photographers and videographers.
It features a newly developed 24.1MP partially stacked full-frame CMOS image sensor and is supported by a newly developed Venus Engine.
This synergy enables faster readout and processing speeds, facilitating high frame rate recording in 4K 120p and 5.8K 60p formats.
It also excels in dynamic range with Dynamic Range Boost mode, achieving up to 15 stops in V-Log when shooting at frame rates below 30p.
For photography, high-speed continuous shooting of up to 70 frames per second with SH / SH pre-shot mode of up to 1.5 seconds ensures that fleeting moments are captured.
The LUMIX S1II increases flexibility and facilitates content creation by streamlining workflows.
The highly acclaimed Open Gate functionality now supports formats higher than 6K 30p, enabling 5.1K 60p, thereby expanding creative opportunities for users.
A future firmware update will include additional frame marker displays to further enhance creative flexibility.
