NOTE: To lock securely into the Baby Pin Receiver, a stand's baby pin must be longer than 2 in (5cm), and a fixed 5/8″ (16mm) baby pin is recommended. The 88 lb (40kg) rating is the maximum vertical payload for the Baby Pin Receiver, and the monitor tilt hinge has a 44lb (20kg) max capacity. With multiple monitors, high winds or uneven ground, use stands with strong support legs and sandbags to prevent tipping.
The Baby Pin monitor mount for the Boulder Camera Cart is a professional, all-in-one solution designed to support, power, and position your field monitor, while also allowing for the attachment of additional accessories within the same setup.
Equipped with a standard Baby Pin receiver, it can be easily mounted onto C-stands, most lighting stands, or directly onto the Boulder cart using the Baby Pin Stand accessory. Featuring a top Baby Pin, a 3/8"-16 threaded mount, and an integrated V-Mount plate, this tool is essential for on-set monitoring.
VESA Quick-Release System
The included plate supports VESA 75 x 75 mm and 100 x 100 mm standards.
Equipped with a V-Lock style quick-release mechanism and a locking/unlocking lever, the monitor can be attached or removed in an instant, allowing for quick transfer between different supports.
Adjustable Tilt
The tilt mechanism supports monitors weighing between 1 and 20 kg (2.2-44 lb) using a continuous-friction system.
The monitor can be tilted up to ±30° and locked securely in any position.
To tilt downward, simply press the release button, to tilt upward, just lift the monitor—it will automatically lock in place once released.
Horizontal/Vertical Rotation
Easily switch between horizontal and vertical orientations by pressing and holding the rotation release button located on the back.
Expandability and Accessory Mounting
The 3/8″-16 threaded stud allows for the direct mounting of wireless video transmitters or other components.
An additional Baby Pin also enables the attachment of a second monitor—positioned back-to-back—using an extra VESA mount.
Integrated Power Supply
The built-in V-Mount plate accommodates a V-Mount battery, allowing you to power your monitor, transmitters, and other accessories simultaneously within a single, organized setup.
