From Outside to Inside
Life on set is hectic, and it is easy to accidentally bump your slider against other objects. Unless you are using a product with hardened, chrome-plated steel rails—like the SmartSLIDER PRO—you risk causing irreparable damage to the rails. Why expose the slider's most delicate component—the sliding rails—to accidental impacts? How can you achieve both lightness and durability?
The best solutions often stem from simple design tweaks and real-world usage; the SmartSLIDER Reflex is proof of this.
By positioning the sliding wheels internally, the SmartSLIDER Reflex's structure protects the rails from accidental knocks while guaranteeing the smooth movement you need.

Durability
The use of custom-engineered aluminum profiles and a unique design allows the SmartSLIDER Reflex to support heavy loads while remaining exceptionally lightweight.

Versatile Use
The SmartSLIDER Reflex can be placed on any surface, even the most delicate ones. The two 5/8" holes in the end blocks allow for quick and secure overhead mounting of the slider. Compatible with the most popular video plates currently on the market, the SmartSLIDER Reflex can also be used with standard tripods.
Like the SmartSLIDER Pro, the SmartSLIDER Reflex can be mounted on two tripods using two additional connecting plates located near the end blocks.

The mounting plates are designed to accept standard 1/4" and 3/8" screws and, crucially, are ready to mate perfectly with commercially available photo plates featuring anti-rotation pins.

This results in THREE different ways to mount our SLIDER Reflex:

° Using two side stands
° Using two tripods, thanks to the two additional plates located near the slider's end blocks
° Using one stand (with a 5/8" mount) and one tripod

Fluid head adapter
Supplied as standard with the SmartSLIDER Reflex, the fluid head adapter ensures the classic 3/8" screw mount is always available on your slider.

Brake
A convenient knob allows you to lock the SmartSLIDER Reflex's sliding carriage for both transport and shooting purposes.
