Who we are

 

History of ADCOM s.r.l

All started in Bologna in 1992, just 32 years ago, when three of us decided to open a resale of professional video equipment.

The activity is initially focused on the supply of video and audiovisual production equipment in the local area, but at the beginning of the 2000s it expanded to the entire country thanks to the choice of embracing the e-commerce activity via web .

The activity is subsequently extended to the rental of video production equipment and audiovisual services for events and shows.

In 2007 the turnover grows up to over 10 million euros, while the workforce rises to 18 employees: it is time to change "home" and a new site is purchased with the necessary space for the increase in work.

The following years saw Adcom committed to optimizing the commercial effort but above all to consolidating the relationship with its customers centered on trust, integrity and corporate ethics.

The B2B distribution activity of video material is also growing both in exclusive distribution and in large brands, also on the foreign market.

In 2018 the turnover reaches 20 million euros, the workforce rises to 31 employees and it was decided to move to the current headquarters, operational since September 2019, with ample space dedicated to showrooms and training rooms, a laying room, new logistics capable of move an ever-increasing amount of material.

Our sales staff is composed of working professional photographers and videographers all with years of experience working in the field. We offer the best combination of quality services, a vast selection of products, knowledgeable staff and competitive pricing. Owing to the availability of warehouse space Adcom is able to house larger quantities of stock and a wider range of products. In keeping with revolutionary technology and allowing customers to engage with the products our store is currently being refurbished with new innovative designs and layouts.

Adcom is specialist for supplying Turn-key installations completely furnished for convention centers, meeting halls, multimedia halls and any other venues where communication has a strategic importance. Adcom also has a systems integrator department dedicated to the creation of complex systems and broadcast television applications.
