- Materials: The model is made of a patented material consisting of a special blend of TTX01 polypropylene, fiberglass, and rubber. It is also composed of PA66, SEBS, PA66GF30, ALU, and stainless steel. Maximum protection with minimal weight. The TTX01 material and the use of materials such as aluminum for the trolley versions allow HPRC cases to be up to 20% lighter than the competition. Having a very lightweight hard case offers advantages in terms of use, transport, and shipping costs. Achieving lightness combined with maximum protection was a priority in the creation of HPRC cases. In any case, the development of the TTX01 material continues: the pursuit of lightness without sacrificing protection is a fundamental principle for our company.
- Certifications: The TTX01 material gives the cases the ability to withstand impacts, falls, and pressure thanks to its extremely high resistance combined with elasticity. An HPRC case used in extreme temperatures (both hot and cold) does not lose its distinctive characteristics.
- The guaranteed temperature range is -40°C (-40°F) to +80°C (+176°F).
- HPRC can produce UL-94 V-0 cases upon request for a minimum order quantity (UL-94 V-0 is a fire resistance classification according to the standards established by Underwriters Laboratories).
