HPRC Resin Case with Wheels, Second Skin, and Organizer

Lightweight, watertight, and indestructible resin case with customizable interior and wheels.
It can be purchased empty, complete with a pre-cut interior foam (composed of a textured layer on the lid, a smooth base, and an intermediate layer), with a nylon inner bag, or with a Second Skin.

- Ergonomic handle made of PP+SEBS materials and a steel pin for superior ergonomics.
- Automatic valve automatically regulates internal air pressure.
- Internal O-ring made of expanded EPDM makes the case completely watertight.
- Extremely robust locking hooks. The two-stage opening/closing system ensures exceptional fluidity and prevents the hooks from opening in the event of a fall.
- Reinforced side corners for extreme impact resistance.
- Materials: The model is made of a patented material made from a special blend of TTX01 polypropylene, fiberglass, and rubber. It is also composed of PA66, SEBS, PA66GF30, ALU, and Stainless Steel. Maximum protection with minimal weight. The TTX01 and the use of materials such as aluminum for the trolley versions allow HPRC cases to be up to 20% lighter than the competition. Having a very lightweight hard case brings advantages in use, transport, and shipping costs. Achieving lightness combined with maximum protection was a priority in the creation of HPRC cases. In any case, the development of the TTX01 material continues: the pursuit of lightness without sacrificing protection is a fundamental principle for our company.
- Certifications: The TTX01 material gives cases the ability to withstand impacts, falls, and pressure thanks to its extremely high resistance combined with elasticity. An HPRC case used in extreme temperatures (both hot and cold) does not lose its distinctive characteristics.
- The guaranteed temperature range is -40°C (-40°F) to +80°C (-176°F).
- HPRC can produce UL-94 V-0 cases upon request, subject to a minimum order quantity (UL-94 V-0 is a fire resistance classification according to the standards established by Underwriters Laboratories).
