HPRC Resin Case - with Wheels - Empty Interior - Black/Bassano Blue
This lightweight, waterproof, and indestructible resin case is equipped with convenient wheels for easy transport.
It is available in various configurations: empty, with a pre-cut interior foam (composed of a textured layer on the lid, a smooth base, and an intermediate layer), with an internal nylon bag, or with a Second Skin system.
- Ergonomics and comfort: The handle is made of polypropylene (PP) and SEBS with a steel pin, ensuring a firm and comfortable grip.
- Watertightness: The internal expanded EPDM O-ring makes the case completely waterproof.
- Pressurization valve: The automatic system internally regulates air pressure based on external conditions.
- Safety lock: The extremely sturdy latches feature a two-stage opening/closing system that, in addition to ensuring smooth operation, prevents accidental opening in the event of impacts or falls.
- Impact resistance: Reinforced side corners provide extra protection against impacts.

The case body is made of TTX01, a patented material composed of a special blend of polypropylene, fiberglass, and rubber.
The use of technical materials such as PA66, SEBS, PA66GF30, aluminum, and stainless steel allows for a weight reduction of up to 20% compared to competitors, without compromising its robustness.

The TTX01 material gives the case extraordinary resistance to impacts, drops, and pressure, maintaining its physical characteristics even in extreme temperatures, from -40°C to +80°C.
Upon request and subject to a minimum order, HPRC can supply cases compliant with the UL-94 V-0 standard (fire resistance classification defined by Underwriters Laboratories).
