HPRC Hard Case - Soft Deck and Dividers
A lightweight, watertight, and indestructible resin case, designed to provide maximum protection for its contents while keeping weight to a minimum.
The interior is fully customizable, and the case is available in four configurations: empty, with pre-cut foam (consisting of a convoluted foam layer for the lid, a base layer, and a customizable middle layer), with a nylon inner bag, or with an inner bag featuring adjustable dividers.
- Ergonomic handle: Made of PP+SEBS with a steel pin, ensuring a comfortable, solid, and long-lasting grip.
- Automatic pressure release valve: Automatically regulates the air pressure inside the case, making it easy to open even when faced with changes in altitude or temperature.
- High-efficiency watertight seal: An internal O-ring gasket made of expanded EPDM provides total protection against water, dust, and the elements.
- Two-stage safety latches: Extremely robust latches designed with a smooth, two-stage opening mechanism that prevents accidental opening in the event of a drop or impact.
- Reinforced structure: Corners are further protected to effectively absorb even the most severe impacts.

The case is constructed using a special patented compound (TTX01)—a blend of polypropylene, fiberglass, and rubber—combined with components made from PA66, SEBS, PA66GF30, aluminum, and stainless steel.
The use of the TTX01 material (along with aluminum in the trolley models) results in an overall weight that is up to 20% lower than the average for hard cases in the same category. Reducing weight offers significant operational advantages in terms of transport, daily handling, and lower shipping costs, all while maintaining high impact resistance.
Thermal resistance and certifications
The combination of elasticity and hardness in the TTX01 material ensures excellent absorption of mechanical stress.
