The Variable Continuous Fluid Drag System (FDS) on both pan and tilt axes ensures smooth, controlled movement for cinematic shots and precise framing.
Whether tracking action, executing slow pans, or adjusting composition during interviews, the 502X offers maximum control with consistent fluidity throughout the shot.
For optimal weight management, the integrated Counterbalance System (CBS)—calibrated for a 4.4 kg load at a 55 mm center of gravity—keeps the setup perfectly balanced, reducing operator strain.

Quick setup and secure balancing
The 504PLONG-style sliding plate, featuring a quick-release top attachment and side lock, allows for rapid camera positioning and balancing.
Independent pan and tilt brakes ensure stability in any position, while 3/8" Easy Link connectors allow for the secure mounting of external monitors, arms, or accessories.

Maximum mounting versatility
The 75 mm flat base with a 3/8" mount allows the 502X to easily switch between tripods, sliders, dollies, and other supports.
