HPRC Lightweight Resin Case with Soft Deck and Internal Dividers + WheelsThis lightweight, watertight, and virtually indestructible resin case features integrated wheels and offers versatile interior customization options.
It is available in various configurations: empty, with pre-cut foam (composed of a textured lid layer, a smooth base, and an intermediate layer), with an internal nylon bag, or with an internal bag complete with dividers.
- Ergonomics and Transport: The ergonomic handle, made of PP+SEBS with a steel pin, ensures high comfort.
- Watertightness: The internal expanded EPDM O-ring makes the case completely watertight, while the automatic valve constantly regulates internal air pressure.
- Safety: The sturdy locking latches use a two-stage system that ensures smooth movement and prevents accidental opening in the event of a fall.
- Impact Resistance: Reinforced side corners provide extra protection against impacts.
Materials and Innovation
The frame is made of patented TTX01 material, a special blend of polypropylene, fiberglass, and rubber, which guarantees maximum protection with minimal weight.
The combination of TTX01 and the use of aluminum in the trolley versions makes HPRC cases up to 20% lighter than competing products, optimizing portability and shipping costs.

Certifications and Reliability
Thanks to the properties of the TTX01 material, HPRC cases offer extremely high resistance to impacts, drops, and pressure, maintaining their characteristics unchanged in an extreme temperature range: from -40°C to +80°C.
Upon request and for minimum order quantities, it is possible to produce versions compliant with the UL-94 V-0 fire resistance standard.
