Professional f / 2.8 telephoto zoom lens
Always be ready. Thanks to the range of focal lengths of 70-200 mm, advanced optics and complete protection of weather conditions, this bright full-frame mirrorless lens covers all basic uses. Regardless of whether you use it for sports shooting, for reportage events, the exceptionally compact structure allows you to go far.
Ready for any mission
Regardless of whether you are capturing the action with still images or video, the NIKKOR Z 70-200mm f / 2.8 VR S lens will always be up to par. The focus is smooth, fast and silent and all components of the scene are rendered with exceptional sharpness. You can control the shooting parameters directly from the lens. Furthermore, the structure is robust enough to withstand the wear and tear of daily professional use.
Beautiful bokeh effect
The large Z-Mount bayonet and the constant 9-blade circular f / 2.8 aperture allow for exciting performance in all light conditions. This telephoto zoom lens also guarantees you a natural-looking bokeh effect, uniformly shaded at the edges of the frame.
Beyond the sharpness
Sharpness is exceptional throughout the frame, even when shooting at full aperture or at close range. The minimum focusing distance is only 0.5 m at the widest end of the zoom range and 1 m at the telephoto end.
Farewell to the parasitic light of the lens
The Nano Crystal Coat and the ARNEO coating contrast the effects of the ghost image and the parasitic light. Nikon's ED and SR lenses contrast chromatic aberration. In addition, the SR lens compensates for blue light, which is more difficult to control. As a result, you will have sharper images with better contrast.
Ready for video
If your story needs a video to communicate better, you will be sure to get precise control over the shooting. The lens information panel features a depth of field scale, allowing you to easily determine the minimum and maximum distance at any f / value. The variation of the focal length is always present and the uniform and stable control of the aperture follows the natural modifications of the exposure throughout the scene.
Bear anything
This lens is completely protected from water and ready to be used in the most demanding conditions. The fluoride treatment provides protection from water, dust and dirt without compromising image quality.
