Thanks to support for a maximum resolution of 3840x2160@60Hz, video content can be viewed in incredible, highly detailed 4K UHD format up to 300m from the source, making it the perfect solution for commercial environments when the screen and source must be installed far apart for different reasons. This also allows for the creation of video walls, presentation systems, digital signage, and other A/V applications.
Multi-channel audio and IR support is available by adding an IR Extender Kit (sold separately) to control devices connected to the transmitter side with their remote control on the receiver side.
Unlike other signal extension solutions, this system requires a single OM3 multimode duplex fiber cable (50/125µm) with LC connectors, which can be disconnected from the extender units to simplify the cabling process and make it more flexible, even in tight spaces.
This extension system consists of two modules, a transmitter and a receiver, connected directly to the HDMI source and display.
This allows you to connect a wide range of sources, including media players and Blu-ray players, to any HDMI® display or television.
The modules are then interconnected with a single standard LC duplex multimode fiber optic cable up to 300m long (fiber optic cable not included).
